Marinesco II is located in a quiet residential area, consisting of one seven storey apartment complex, close to the yacht harbor Tomas Maestre, where there is a good selection of restaurants, bars and nightlife. In the square outside Marinesco II there is a Saturday market, where you can find a selection of fruits, vegetables, clothes and shoes. The apartments on the east side of Marinesco II have views to the Mediterranean Sea, and the west sides has views to the pool area(the penthouses also got view for Mar Menor and the port). It is only about 400-500 meters to the beaches on both the Mediterranean and Mar Menor side. In the urbanization, there is one beautiful large pool area, a lawn area for sunbathing, with tennis courts, and ballpark next to the urbanization.
