Puerto y Playa(Port & beach) is one of our most popular urbanizations, especially among families with children. This urbanization is popular for several reasons, primarily because of the good quality apartments, and the great location. Puerto y Playa is on a nice Mar Menor beach, close to shops, restaurants, bars and our office. It is also within a short walking distance from the beach on the Mediterranean side. Although the urbanization has a central location, this is a quiet urbanization without traffic inside the urbanization area. The facility consists of two 9-storey apartment complexes, with a large pool and sun area in the middle. Puerto y Playa also got one of the largest outdoor areas within the urbanization, that include a football/handball court, and beautiful lawns around the urbanization. Close to Puerto y Playa there is also an area with tennis courts, and just 150 meters from Puerto y Playa there is rental of jet skis, for those who want a little action.
